Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other reasons (including change of mind or ordering the wrong item), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can assess the issue and make it right.

If confirmed to be caused by us or the courier, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if required.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of 3D printed products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Made-to-order or bespoke designs

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery

  • Digital files or downloadable products (if applicable)

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
