Welcome to Sliced 3D Print. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sliced 3D Print.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information about our products. However, colours, dimensions and appearance may vary depending on your device and display settings.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in colour, surface finish, layer lines, texture, and dimensions may occur and are not considered defects.
Certain products are custom-made or made to order. These products are manufactured specifically for you and may not be eligible for return or refund, except where required under applicable consumer law or where the item is faulty or damaged.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation.
Once an order for a custom or made-to-order product has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy.
Purchases are for personal or business use only and not for resale unless expressly agreed.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties or import fees unless stated otherwise. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for your order.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier services, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products, subject to any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will reasonably assist with carrier enquiries or claims.

All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Sliced 3D Print and is protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sliced 3D Print is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Sliced 3D Print. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from purchases made through our store.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, reviews or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content for any purpose.
